Terms of service
Last updated 27 October 2026
1. Agreement
These terms are an agreement between you and [Company legal name: set LEGAL_ENTITY], [Registered address: set LEGAL_ADDRESS] ("we", "us"), which operates ICCA Live. They apply when you use our website at gogetslive.com, the ICCA Live app, watch pages, or any related service (together, the "Service"). By creating an account, joining an event with a code, or using the Service, you accept these terms and our Privacy policy. If you do not accept them, do not use the Service.
To create an account you must be at least 18 and able to enter a binding contract. If you use the Service for an organisation, you confirm you are allowed to accept these terms for it, and "you" includes that organisation.
2. The Service
ICCA Live is broadcast as a service. It lets you connect phones as cameras, direct a live show from a phone or tablet, add scores, graphics, replays and commentary, and stream the result to YouTube, Facebook, Instagram and a ICCA Live watch page. Production can run on our cloud servers or on your own computer.
We improve the Service regularly. We may add, change or remove features. If we remove something you rely on and have paid for, we will give reasonable notice where we can.
3. Accounts
- Give accurate details and keep them up to date. Keep your password private; you are responsible for activity under your account.
- Organisation owners and admins control who joins their organisation and which volunteers get join codes. You are responsible for the people you invite and what they do in your events. Revoke a code as soon as it should no longer work.
- Tell us straight away at support@icca.co.in if you think your account has been misused.
4. Your content and permissions
You own your content. The video, audio, names, scores, graphics text, chat settings and clips you or your volunteers put into the Service ("Your Content") remain yours.
Licence to us. You give us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, copy, process, encode, transmit and display Your Content only as needed to run the Service for you: for example to mix your show, record short replays, make clips, show your watch page and send your broadcast to the platforms you choose. This licence ends when Your Content is deleted from our systems, except for copies already published where you sent them.
You are responsible for having the rights. Before you broadcast, make sure that:
- you have permission from the venue and the event's rights holders to film and stream it, including any league, federation or sponsor rules;
- people who will be filmed or named on screen have been told, and you have their consent where the law requires it; for anyone under 18 you have consent from a parent, guardian or the school;
- you hold licences for music, logos, footage and other material in your broadcast; platforms may mute, block or remove broadcasts that contain music or material you are not licensed to use;
- your broadcast follows the law and these terms.
5. YouTube, Facebook and Instagram
When you connect or stream to a third-party platform, your use of that platform is governed by its own terms. By connecting YouTube you agree to the YouTube Terms of Service; Google's use of your data is covered by the Google Privacy Policy. Facebook and Instagram are governed by Meta's Terms and Instagram's Terms of Use.
These platforms decide their own requirements (for example, channel verification, Page eligibility or follower limits), may delay, limit or end a stream, and may change their services. We are not responsible for their decisions or outages. ICCA Live is not affiliated with, endorsed or sponsored by Google, YouTube or Meta.
6. Acceptable use
Do not use the Service to:
- broadcast or share anything illegal, or anything that is sexually explicit, exploits or endangers children, promotes violence or terrorism, is hateful or harassing, or invades someone's privacy;
- stream content you do not have the rights to, such as other broadcasters' feeds, films, concerts or matches you are not licensed to show;
- run or promote betting or gambling where it is unlawful;
- impersonate anyone, mislead viewers, or post spam in chat;
- break, overload, probe or get around the security of the Service, or access accounts, events or data that are not yours;
- copy, resell or rebuild the Service, or reverse engineer it except where the law allows;
- use another person's join code or stream key without permission.
Organisers moderate their own chat with the tools we provide (slow mode, link blocking, word filters and bans). We may remove content, end a broadcast or suspend an account that breaks these rules, and we cooperate with lawful requests from authorities.
7. Credits, prices and payments
- Free allowance. Each event includes a number of free cameras and free live minutes, shown on our website and in the app.
- Credits. Use beyond the free allowance is paid with prepaid credits bought in packs. Credits belong to your organisation and are shared by all its events. Purchased credits do not expire while the Service operates.
- What is charged. Live time is measured from when your director taps Go live until the stream ends, and each started minute after the free minutes is charged. Extra cameras are charged per event when you add them. Setting up, testing cameras and rehearsing without going live are not charged.
- Running out. The app warns the director at 10 and 2 minutes of credit left. If credits run out, the broadcast continues for a short grace period so you can top up, then ends.
- Prices. Prices are in Indian rupees. Applicable taxes are shown at checkout. We may change prices and pack contents for the future with notice on our website or in the app; credits you already hold keep their value.
- Payments. Payments are processed by Cashfree Payments. Credits are added once Cashfree confirms the payment.
- Refunds. Credits are not refundable or transferable, except where the law requires it, or where a fault on our side stopped a broadcast or charged you wrongly; in that case we restore the credits used. If you were charged but credits were not added, write to us and we will fix it or refund the payment.
8. Availability
We work to keep the Service running, but live broadcasting depends on things outside our control: mobile networks, venue internet, phone hardware and batteries, and the platforms you stream to. We do not promise that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that any broadcast will reach viewers. Always run a test broadcast before an important event, and have a plan for weak signal. We may pause the Service for maintenance and will try to schedule it away from live events.
9. Our rights
The Service, its software, design, graphics templates and the ICCA Live name and logo belong to us or our licensors. These terms give you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service while your account is active. If you send us feedback, we may use it without any obligation to you.
10. Suspension and closing an account
You can stop using the Service and ask us to delete your account at any time (see how to delete your data). We may suspend or close an account, or end a broadcast, if you break these terms, do not pay, put the Service or others at risk, or if the law requires it. Where it is reasonable we will warn you first and explain why. Sections 4 (licence for content already published), 7 (refunds), 11, 12, 13 and 14 continue after an account is closed.
11. Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties not stated in these terms, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. Live scores, leaderboards and graphics show what organisers and scorers enter; we do not check them.
12. Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as loss of profits, sponsorship, audience, data or reputation, or for losses caused by networks, devices or third-party platforms. Our total liability to you for all claims relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the event that gave rise to the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
13. Indemnity
You will compensate us for reasonable losses and costs, including legal fees, arising from claims by others that Your Content or your use of the Service broke the law, these terms or someone else's rights.
14. Law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Before going to court, contact us and we will try in good faith to resolve the issue within 30 days. The courts at Gurugram, Haryana have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to any rights you have under consumer protection law to bring a claim where you live.
15. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. We will post the new version here with a new date and, for material changes, tell you by email or in the app at least 15 days before they apply. If you keep using the Service after that, the new terms apply; if you do not agree, stop using the Service and ask us to close your account.
16. Contact and grievances
